You woke with a start, gasping, and looked around in confusion before you realised what had happened. You'd fallen asleep in Harry's dorm room. Harry, Ron and Hermione were your best friends, but right now, you were in the middle of a disagreement. You and Harry believed that Voldemort had made Malfoy a Death Eater to replace his father, while Ron and Hermione did not.
You had been helping Harry keep an eye on Malfoy using the Marauders' Map before you'd fallen asleep. Now, you saw that Malfoy was on the Astronomy Tower. Not wanting to wake anyone, you quietly slip out of the room dressed in your black tank top and red flannel pyjama pants.
Soon, you find yourself at the foot of the Astronomy Tower. Consulting the map to make sure he's still there, you begin the long climb up the winding stairs. You thought it was a pity that Draco Malfoy had been roped into this because of his father. Sure, he was kind of a jerk with the whole "I am better than you" thing, but he was nice sometimes. When nobody was around to see it.
Like that time you fell off your broomstick when you were practising alone on the Quidditch pitch. The bludger came out of nowhere and hit you squarely in the chest, and you fell, the wind knocked out of you. If Draco hadn't caught you, you would have certainly broken your neck. Come to think of it, last year he had pretended not to see you when you were on your way to a DA meeting, even though he had orders to catch all the students near the room of requirement. And that time when-
Your thoughts came to a jarring halt as you realised you'd reached the top of the Astronomy Tower. It was now or never. You opened the door and stepped out onto the perfectly round open roof of the tower. He was just sitting there on the edge of the roof, dangling his legs in thin air, looking down.
"Draco?" You said, wondering why you'd used his first name.
"___" he responded, turning to look at you with his stormy blue eyes. He swung his legs over the balcony and walked towards you. You had an unbearable urge to run- though you weren't sure if you wanted to run towards him or away from him, so you just stayed where you were.
"What are you doing here?" You ask
"I could ask you the same thing." He says, smirking before he grabs the map from your pocket. "Stalking me, are you?"
"No! You wish!" You retort, your cheeks flushing pink for some reason.
"Alright, alright. Butterbeer?" He says, offering you a bottle.
"Thanks" you say, accepting it as you sit down next to him, shivering slightly, though you're not sure that's from the cold.
"I come up here to think." He says, after you've been silent for a while. "Everything is clearer."
"You look tired." You say, noticing the dark shadows beneath his eyes. He just shrugged in response.
"So, why are you following me?"
"Just like that."
"Got a crush?"
"NO!" You say indignantly.
"Too bad."
There was more silence before you spoke.
"You know, er... If you have some sort of problem, you could probably go to Dumbledore. He'd help you. Or, you could tell me. I could try to help get rid of it or whatever." You say lamely.
"I wouldn't know where to begin." He said, standing up and walking back to the edge resting his palms on it, facing away from you. You follow him, standing a little distance away from him.
"The beginning, I guess?" He merely shakes his head wearily.
"Why are you trying to help me?" He asks, a flicker of pain in his voice.
"I don't know. Because you don't seem like such a bad guy, I guess. You act like a jerk, but I don't think that's who you really are."
"So, I'm not a bad guy, huh?" He laughed humourlessly. "I'm definitely not a good one."
"Maybe you are but you don't know it?" You venture softly.
"You think so?" He asks, turning to face you again.
"Yes."
"Well, then do me a favour."
"What?"
"Let me kiss you."
In that moment you realised you had two choices. But you didn't even have to think before you said-
"Okay"
He was a little shocked at your response- a Slytherin and a Gryffindor? It was unheard of. But it didn't take him very long to approach you and back you into a wall before crashing his lips onto yours, capturing them in a fierce kiss. The intensity of the kiss and your response leaves you unable to think as he presses you against the wall, his tongue begging for entrance, brushing against your lower lip. You open your mouth and get lost in the sensation, tangling your fingers in his hair as he pulls away and kisses down to your neck, softly biting you. He kisses your lips again, and then releases you.
"Woah." You say, stunned.
"I've wanted to do that for ages." He admits, smiling softly.
"Apparently, me too."
He smiled and took your hand.
"Look." He said, pointing to the east.
The first glimmers of light were breaking across the sky. As you stood there hand in hand, facing an uncertain future, you didn't know what would happen with the two of you on opposite sides of the war. But you would always have that moment.

Chills and Story Books (Draco Malfoy x Reader)
One of my least favorite things in the whole world was getting sick; it was right next to spiders and History of Magic. Though, I thought as I stared up at the ceiling, I would gladly take one of Mr. Binns hour-and-a-half long lectures right now, if it meant I wasn’t stuck in bed, feeling like I was about to explode. My head was throbbing and, with every breath I took, my chest seemed to rattle with an oncoming cough.
Yuck.
I didn’t mind the way I became sick, though. It was almost worth all of the trouble I was going through. A smile crept up on my mouth as I recalled yesterday’s events—they seemed like an eternit

Studying (Draco Malfoy x Reader)
I pulled another dusty book from the library shelf and briefly flicked through the pages before deciding it was a useful book and turning to Draco who was already holding three large books and looked exasperated.
“(Y/L/N), is this really necessary?”Draco asked making me nod and grin.
“Absolutely.”I chirped, shoving the book onto his pile of books and turning back on the heel of my school shoes.
I skipped ahead, my (H/L)(H/C) hair bouncing behind me and my Ravenclaw robes trailing behind me. I was a kind, bubbly and smart girl which always weirded people out because I never got annoyed or sad.
I turned to face another s

Together: Draco x Reader
Blood ran off your arm and pooled on the stone beneath you. Cold hands felt your face whilst a voice called your name, sparks flashed in the background then the person left. Leaving you to die.
You woke with a start gasping for breath whilst groping for the body that normally shared your bed. With a sigh you stopped searching; Draco had not been home for months following your last meeting.
“Pull yourself together (Name) you didn’t die.”
For the first time since he had left you wanted him there, to hold your hand and rub your back telling you it was fine. Cursing Draco you rolled over with the intention of going back to sl
